When the doing became louder than the being
Some of my clients are accomplished leaders and entrepreneurs who have mastered achievement but find themselves carrying the weight of constant mental load and internal pressure. Others are women who simply know, deep down, that they are meant for more and are tired of living smaller than their light.
What they share is this: somewhere along the way, the doing became louder than the being. The pressure accumulated. The brightness that was always theirs began to dim.
